Common Mistakes First-Time Users Make
Most rough first experiences with nicotine pouches come down to a handful of avoidable errors, not the product itself.
Starting at the higher strength. Going straight for 9mg because it seems like better value, or because a friend uses it, skips the step where your body actually learns how it responds to nicotine delivered this way. Start at 6mg.
Moving the pouch around. Chewing it or shifting it with your tongue increases how fast nicotine and flavor release, which can make a normal-strength pouch feel much stronger than intended.
Placing it under the bottom lip. It's designed for the upper lip and gum. Bottom-lip placement changes both the fit and the release pattern.
Stacking pouches. Using two at once to get "more" out of a session is the single fastest way to feel nauseated, lightheaded, or unwell. One pouch at a time, always.
Ignoring how you feel. If you notice nausea, a headache, or dizziness partway through, remove the pouch. Those are signs you've used more nicotine than your body is currently used to, not something to push through.
